West Sussex County Council

West Sussex councils have an exciting ambition to put the county on the map as a key location for digital investment, innovation and expansion.  West Sussex County Council, working with its tier 2 councils - Adur and Worthing Councils, Mid Sussex District Council,  Horsham District Council, Crawley Borough Council, Chichester District Council, and Arun District Council – are committed to working creatively with telecommunications stakeholders to get the best digital connectivity for the county.

County-wide, affordable, gigabit-capable connectivity is pivotal to the councils’ shared ambition to provide residents, businesses and visitors with a smart digital environment and access to efficient, cost effective digital services.

Our ambition underpins the county’s Economic Growth Plan to attract, retain and support growth through access to high quality connectivity that will open up new markets and fuel innovative, creative applications of emerging technologies.

Our ambition is big and so is our vision.
